Overall satisfaction
Great experience, easy checkin, lots of communication prior to arrival. Very nice touch having basic essential already in the condo,Water, beer, milk, soda, etc. to get you started. Very accommodating professional group.

Overall satisfaction
It was a pleasure working with HRG. They're professional, organized, English speaking, and responded promptly to all questions I had pre-arrival. They have a nice office conveniently located to Los Suenos.

I've stayed at Los Suenos, Del Mar previously (actually on many occasions) and it's a wonderful location with access to all the Los Suenos amenities and a short drive to Jaco and other surrounding points of interest.

I highly recommend HRG and Los Suenos.

Overall satisfaction
Condo was very nice. Not the best water view since a palm tree was blocking our water view, but still very pretty. We had two issues - one with furniture and the other with the shower head - and both were repaired promptly after our phone call. Overall nice condo.
