We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Tropical. Josue from HRG did such a fantastic job managing the reservation, airport transfers, activites, meals,fishing, massage, etc.

Casa Tropical is clean, spacious, very comfortable, with beautiful pool/spa and landscaping, and very well equipped for our group. Los Suenos resort is gorgeous. The marina and golf course are world class. The house is terrific for a couples vacation or a large family reunion. It is a very versatile floorplan.

A incredible highlight for us was a day aboard the DREAM CATCHER. We caught tons of yellow fin tuna and a HUGE Marlin. One of the most special days ever for our travel gang. It was not "fishing" it was "catching". To top off the day, Chef Junior prepared a delicious meal at Casa Tropical.

Hats off to Mike, Josue, and the HRG Vacations team. You guys are doing a superb job.

Oh yeah, COSTA RICA is awesome too! We have already reserved the same dates in 2025.

Trip was incredible! Harold made sure all of our groups needs were met. He set up dinners, excursions and transportation throughout the trip. I would highly recommend using HRG and Harold to plan your trip!

From booking to departure Harold made our stay easier than I can describe.
We didn't have to worry about a thing, Harold made recommendations for everything we needed from grocery suppliers to restaurants and bars. Every recommendation he made was unbelievable, And transportation was on point.
If you're looking for a true vacation and the ability to simply enjoy every minute of your stay in one of the most incredible places in the world, Harold is your guy.
Each of the 6 guys on our trip left Costa Rica saying, "That was the best vacation I've ever been on".

We took our family of 10 to Costa Rica for the first time not knowing what to expect. It was above and beyond all my expectations. Our house was perfect fit for for our family. Harold and Nancy was so helpful. We set up what’s app so it was easy to communicate with each other. Los Suenos is beautiful. There is something for all ages. Our family said it was the best vacation ever and that is saying a lot for my group. Jimmy T did a great job with all our meals. The kids loved the freedom of driving the golf carts...and that beach club is unbelievable. The only thing I would say it is much prettier than the pictures. Thank you Mike for all you did.

The home was beautiful and offered WiFi. Our 3-day stay was way too short. I stayed in the master bedroom with double rain shower heads which were great, but I like a bathtub when on vacation. This home exceeded my expectations.

Creo que supero lo que esperaba, ya que desde el inicio el lugar y su entorno fueron espectaculares, además de la excelente atención de todo su staff, hicieron que desde la llega nos sintiéramos cómodos y siempre con el objetivo de que disfrutáramos nuestras vacaciones, mis invitados la pasaron genial en cada rincón de la casa, se respira tranquilidad. La vista hacia la vegetación fue la mezcla perfecta de playa y montaña.
Súper agradecido sin duda volveré.

Todo en la casa estaba muy ordenado y limpio. El servicio fue muy atento a las necesidades del grupo que se hospedó en la casa.

Incluyo cuatro puntos como oportunidades de mejora: 1. Tener un manual para detallar control de aires acondicionados y uso de equipo de sonido. 2. Revisar baterías de aires (yo tuve que cambiar las baterías del aire del segundo piso de la casa) 3. El cuarto más pequeño con cama queen no enfría lo suficiente. 4. La entrada y salida de personal debe estar coordinada con los inquilinos. En nuestro caso buscábamos tener un espacio privado y silencioso y no estaba clara de quien del personal de servicio iba a entrar ni cuando.

Aparte de esto la casa es muy cómoda y fue perfecta para lo que estábamos buscando.

Our family of 3 generations -- from 4-74 -- had the most wonderful experience. It was our best vacation ever! Casa Tropical was the headquarters, and we added a condo at Los Suenos to fit us all. The house has comfortable, spacious bedrooms with lovely bathrooms. The shared spaces were perfect for gathering, talking, eating, swimming. All 9 kids from 4 to 15 lived in the pool between terrific excursions to surf, zip-line, see the monkeys, all arranged by the responsive, good-humored concierge Luis. Our always smiling housekeeper Reyna did a fantastic job keeping us in dry towels and cleaned kitchen -- no easy job. The layout of the house lends itself well to families. It could not have been better. We will always have wonderful memories of our week at Los Suenos.

Had an amazing time this year at Casa Tropical. Exceptional luxury home. Staff was excellent including daily cleaning and support from Harold and Ricardo at HRG. Five stars for this rental! Top notch catering and in home cooking with servers was provided by our good friend Jimmy T!

A late group of us went with 6 young kids. Plenty of room for all of us! Pool was amazing. The housekeeping and maintenance were Eccles the as well as our concierge. Great location with a 3 minute golf cart ride to the marina with lots of yummy food. Kitchen is better stocked than my own house! Would highly recommend.

Asuggestion would be a cooler or mini fridge in the pool bar. Also, the smaller bedroom on the second floor could use some sprucing up.

Fantastic. weather was great and there was a new adventure every day with Harold our ,event coordinator, chief and "Man Friday". He's the best. Harold's cooking was terrific with fresh Mahi- Mahi that we caught on a great day of fishing. It was perfect. We will be back.

The place was perfect for our family vacation with young children. The home is in a resort (felt very safe), with swimming pools, pool clubhouse and activities nearby. The house has all the amenities needed for full cooking and the sheets and towels were great! I’d highly recommend for a family or multiple families.

This property and the service at HRG exceeded our expectations in every regard! The house is very spacious and very nicely appointed. Appliances/electronics are state of the art and easy to use. The service from HRG was outstanding as they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and hassle free. I would recommend this property and HRG to anyone any time!
