From the hills above Los Sueños, Vista Tres Bahias, means View of the Three Bays. This magical home overlooks the waters of the Pacific Ocean, Jacó, Herradura bays and the Nicoya Gulf. The Mediterranean-inspired exterior emphasizes open-plan living, with expansive windows, tiled floors, and stucco exteriors. Each detached villa and private garden nestles into its rainforest surrounding, while Marina Village and all resort facilities are still quite accessible.

Multiple arched windows dominate Casa Solara’s open-plan living area, with its light-filled and expansive atmosphere, framing panoramic views of the resort and Pacific from any vantage point. From the dining area, mahogany-trimmed French doors lead onto the colonnaded terrace and the infinity pool just steps away. Formal terraced gardens complement the Italianate façade of the pool deck.

Upstairs, the master suite includes a private, balustraded balcony and sunken hot tub for full enjoyment and relaxation. Four additional bedrooms and bathrooms provide equally spacious comfort for up to 10 other guests. Villa Solara offers guests every possible amenity in airy comfort, perfect for family and friends wanting to create lasting memories of their vacation in Costa Rica’s tropical splendor. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and its only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.

Vacation of a lifetime. Harold was the best at making sure it was a trip to remember. The Home was amazing with views to die for. Could not have asked for a better experience. Make sure you work with Harold for any excursions and time in Jaco. Side by Side trip worth the experience. Private boat to Tortuga Island is amazing. Daily cleaning service and Chef Pablo is an amazon Chef-Highly recommend have dinner prepared for you at this beautiful home.

The entire experience was first rate service! Our concierge Josue’ was one of the best we’ve ever had!! Every detail was handled extremely well & we enjoyed Josie’s company as well. The helicopter transport was a nice touch & we appreciated other transportation for the fishing trip & dinners out. The house was absolutely beautiful & very comfortable. Thanks to all the team that made our trip one to always remember fondly.

This was definitely one of the best trips we have had to Costa Rica! The view we had from the house we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous!! All the activities Harold planned for us were awesome! It was my husbands 50th bday and we had been to Costa Rica several times before. Harold made this trip one we will never forget! He started helping from the very beginning and made this so easy for me to plan! We fished, did the side by side tours, went to tortuga on the catamaran, had chef Pablo cook for us and just had the best time!!

Our friends from Florida stayed at this ocean view home in Los Sueños, it was fabulous, we saw money on the trees near our pool every day. It’s perfect for families with kids. HRG took care of every detail, they set up the chef, the groceries, truly on vacation the whole time.

Our family spent a wonderful week at Casa Solara. The home is absolutely beautiful and met all of our needs. The customer service from Nancy at HRG was the best we've ever had. She set up all of our activities and we loved all of them - ATV's, ziplining, private boat to Tortuga and a personal chef. I can't say enough about our wonderful experience!

Great time at Casa Solara. Harold is the best at everything from any questions with the home to handling all of our tours. Highly recommend HRG for all their property rentals. The hidden surprise was the unit included a maid for the entire week.

We had a party of 7, ages 3, 15 and to 70+. HRG (Roselinn, Nancy and others) did a great job of transportation to and from the casa and expeditions. Casa Solara is beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable with a spectacular view. Pablo (with Jimmy Ts) cooked dinner for us upon arrival and one other dinner. Access to the Los Suenos Pool Club was perfect for the family as was the pool at the casa. Mangrove/Monkey tour, zip line, deep sea fishing, monkeys, birds, around the casa at all times. It usually takes us a few days to begin to relax but at Casa Solara the relaxation began immediately. Recommended highly.

Our family recently spent five nights in this beautiful home. The online photos don't really do justice to this gorgeous place. So peaceful and surrounded by jungle....I highly recommend Casa Solara. The staff, from housekeeper to property management employees, were great and attended to every detail. I would certainly rent this house again.
