Ricardo has worked in tourism for more than fifteen years and has been with HRG since 2010; he is the reservation department head, and has been handling customer service for the company’s many travel clients for years. He enjoys helping people to find their best accommodations in the resort and to make the most out of their Costa Rica vacations. Ricardo was born and raised in Costa Rica, is fully bilingual (English and Spanish), and a proud father of three beautiful children. Interacting with clients every day, Ricardo knows what our guests need and works tirelessly to make sure each group has the perfect experience. Ricardo enjoys making new friends and has made many over the years working with the company. When not in the office, he enjoys nature, sports, and spending time with his family.
