Perfect place to stay!

Loved seeing the macaws flying past and the monkeys visiting made our stay. The condo left nothing to be desired! Spotless and fully equipped. Josue took care of transportation from airport, golf cart rental, and was there to assist with any other need. The house keeping staff took great care of us too! Our fishing day was fantastic , with a total of 19 sailfish. Hopefully we can stay here again next year!

He helped us with all of our excursions and our fishing charter and every recommendation was first class. He even made our dinner reservations off campus which we preferred to be patrons at local restaurants. Not to mention a daily follow up with us to ensure we were satisfied.
We cannot wait to come back and our next Los Sueños stay will absolutely be with HRG!
We stayed in the Marbella 4A unit for 8 nights with our two young children. The unit itself is impeccable and the Marbella building is maintained to a level of which I have never seen on a condo building in the US much less in Central America. By the last few nights we felt we were right at home!<br/><br/>Our concierge Josue with HRG was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was a wealth of information. Condo had great views of the bay and marina. Short golf cart ride each morning down to the boat. Fished with the Maverick team. Lots of sailfish, Tuna, and 1 big Mahi. Great boat and crew. HRG handles everything from airport shuttle, condo, boat, golf cart, local transportation, restaurant reservations, etc. Our second trip using HRG and will do again.The best, high quality place you can go on a fishing vacation!

The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. My only complaint would have been the washing machine and stovetop. The washing machine took a very long time to wash a load and sometimes wouldn't drain right. There was an issue with one of the stovetop burners not working. Other than those two things, the HRG Properties contact, Nancy, was fabulous and always quick to respond to my questions and requests. Top notch place and I would certainly rent this condo again if I return to Los Suenos!

The best trip ever

If you are planning a trip to Costa Rica go with HRG Vacations. The accommodation's were fist class and the staff was there to cater to your every need. They booked all of our excursions and transportation activities. They even arranged for a private chef to come cook our fish that we caught. The private jungle tour that they arranged was unbelievable. This is our 5th trip with HRG in Costa Rica they are the best. We are already planning our next trip with them.

A Wonderful Family Vacation

Previously, we had always stayed at the resort hotel, but this time we took the kids with us and needed a bit more space and functionality. After some investigation, we contacted HRG to make arrangements for a condo. They had received high marks in the reviews we had read so they seemed the logical choice. And they were. We're very happy with our decision to book through HRG. From the day we made our reservation to the day we departed Costa Rica, they were attentive to insuring our trip met our expectations and were easy to contact while we were there. We had HRG arrange some activities (zip lining, etc.) which proved to be professionally run and great fun. The best part, though, was the condo they arranged for us, Marbella 4A. It was stunning. It was beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable for our family. The view from the balcony was the best in the resort, just as we were told by our HRG concierge. We look forward to our next trip to Los Suenos and we will certainly book through HRG again (and hopefully get Marbella 4A again, though I'm sure all the HRG condos are nice).
