I feel as though this was the quiet side of the property. There was a pool and hot tub right outside the front door, but not many people around. If you want a little more action and would like to be able to walk to the beach club, then I would recommend staying on the other side. I would recommend this side for a little more peace and quiet or if you are traveling with kids.
Went down with 4 clients and all stayed in the condo. The condo was the perfect size - big deck overlooking the water, full kitchen, 2 baths, 3 BR & a living room. There was a daily maid service, which was badly needed since we were a bunch of slobs. <br/>We rented a 6-person golf cart, which I highly recommend. We were approximately 2 miles away from the marina. <br/>I feel as though this was the quiet side of the property. There was a pool and hot tub right outside the front door, but not many people around. If you want a little more action and would like to be able to walk to the beach club, then I would recommend staying on the other side.
