Travel Agency Commission Plan
For a Travel Agency first time approach, HRG pays 10% commission. After three reservations, HRG includes the Travel Agency into the Percentage Commission Plan, based on the following:
Green Season commission for Travel Agents
• Condos, 2 nights minimum
• Homes 4 night minimum
• From 2- to 4 nts 15%
• From 5 to up nts 20%
High Season commission for Travel Agents
• Condos, 3 nights minimum
• Homes 4 nights minimum
• From 3- to 4 nts 10%
• From 5 to up nts 15%
Peak Season
• Condos, minimum 5 nts rental
• Homes, minimum 7 nts rental
• 15% commission
Peak Season
• Condos, and homes 10% or depending of the deal
In addition to the seasons we have a commission % exception :
• Villa Wagner
• Villa Tranquila
• Casa Dome
• Casa Pacifica
• Casa Campana
• We pay 10% commission to all Travel Agents any season
In order to collect the commission, the Travel Agency must submit a legal invoice or for one time only an invoice with the agent's ID copy. (The submit for this regular invoice, must be approved in advance by HRG's Accounting Division)
