Owner: Michael Hardy Mike has been a licensed realtor in Texas since he was a 19 years old and he began his real estate career selling and leasing condominiums while attending the University of Texas at Austin. During his Junior year he participated in a study abroad program in Costa Rica, where he fell in love with the country and its people. Through connections with Stewart Title in Houston Michael was introduced to the Los Suenos development team and was offered a job in sales. Five days after graduating from UT with a degree in Public Relations, he made a monumental road trip through Mexico and Central America. Mike started working for Los Suenos in 1998 when the 1,100 acre Los Suenos Resort & Marina was simply a cattle ranch. Things moved quickly after that and soon he found himself selling for one of the finest resorts in Latin America and the Caribbean. After ten years of working for Los Suenos Mike founded Hardy Real Estate Group (HRG). Not only does Mike live within the resort but he is an owner of multiple properties within Los Suenos and the Central Pacific region including a single family home, condominiums, and large development tracts outside the property.
